Collectible
1985–1986 · Topps Company, USA
Estimated value: $5–$8
Garbage Pail Kids sticker cards were a cultural phenomenon of the mid-1980s, launched by Topps in 1985 as a parody of the saccharine Cabbage Patch Kids craze. Series 2 arrived in 1985–1986 and became one of the most widely distributed sets, printed in massive quantities to feed the collecting frenzy of schoolchildren and adults alike.
Value is most affected by condition (corners, surface wear, whether the sticker has been peeled), with unpeeled cards in near-mint condition fetching the highest prices; Series 2 cards are common so condition is the primary driver.
