20th century (likely vintage reproduction) · Southeast Asia — Thailand, Cambodia, or Burma (Myanmar)
Southeast Asian bronze deities and warrior figurines became popular decorative and devotional objects throughout Thailand, Cambodia, and Burma from the mid-20th century onward, often produced for both temple use and the tourist/export market. The mislabeling as 'Chinese Bronze' reflects a common dealer practice of the 1970s–1990s, when Asian bronze attribution was often imprecise and Chinese pieces commanded higher prices among Western collectors.
Value depends heavily on whether it is a genuine antique or a later reproduction (very likely a tourist-market or decorative reproduction), actual metal composition, age, and correct attribution — the 'Chinese Bronze' label is almost certainly incorrect, which affects collector interest.
